Ric Morton has had an extensive theatrical and special events career that spans many many years.

He has produced fairs, festivals, and concerts including The Free Summer Theatre Festival, Hobbiton-Bucklebury Fair, Labor Day Music Festival and Hermosa Beach Jazz Festival.



Ric also organized the Summer Concerts In The Park series for the cities of Manhattan Beach
and El Segundo, Calif.

Ric has served as master of ceremonies and activities organizer for many special events and participated in all aspects of theatrical production, including directing the musicals "Jesus Christ Superstar" and "The Fantasticks".



Ric has also performed in the musicals "Lil Abner" and "Brigadoon".

He also produced touring children's theatre productions with his own acting company
"Genesis D'arte Theatre Company".

Ric has been a professional puppeteer since 1974 and received training from
Jim Henson Productions.
 

As a puppeteer Ric performed in the "Muppet Movie", "MuppetVision 3-D" and "The Flintstones".

Ric has presented puppet shows at such diverse locations as; zoos, tourist attractions, museums, schools, libraries, malls, theaters, fairs and festivals throughout the western states.

For four years Ric entertained thousands of happy customers as the featured puppeteer at Old Towne Mall in Torrance, California.

Ric's life long interest in science has resulted in his popular touring production "Silly Science Show".

Ric is now available as a Real Bearded Santa.
Presenting the jolly gent at events throughout Southern California.
